Need help? Add us to your Shopify

If you're too busy to finish the RetentionEngine Integration or having trouble and happen to use Shopify, we can take care of it for you! You can add one of our team members as a Shopify partner that only has permission to edit the theme, which will allow us to safely edit your Shopify site without revealing any sensitive information about your business. 

First, you need to log into your Shopify admin panel and click on "Settings". On the settings menu, you need to go to the "Account" settings. 

On the account settings page you need to select "Add staff account". 

Fill out the staff information with the first name, last name, and email of the Bellwethr representative. Under permissions, uncheck "This staff account will have full permissions" and instead check only "Themes" under "Online Store". This will ensure that our staff account will only have access to editing your theme.

Let the Bellwethr representative know that you've created their staff account and they'll edit your theme to include the HTML snippet. That's it!
