Choosing a Plan

We have 4 separate plans. The breakdowns of which features are available on our pricing page. 

Understanding "Cancellation Experiences": We define a cancel experience as when a customer clicks the "Cancel Subscription" button/link. Now, we understand that some months you may experience more cancellations than others. When choosing your plan, choose the plan that fits your average number of monthly cancellations. If you exceed the number of cancellations in a month, this will not affect your customers' experience, but you will be billed for overage experiences. 

How Billing Works

Choose your billing plan based on the number of cancellation experiences you typically see per month. The first 30 days of RetentionEngine are free. After 30 days, you will be billed a prorated amount for the remaining days of that month. Then, you will be billed on the 2nd of every month.

Overage Experience Pricing

Overage experiences are calculated the last day of the billing cycle. Your card will be charged on the second day of the following month/new billing cycle.

Starter Plan Overage Pricing

You will only be chargedoverages if you have more than 100 experiences during the billing cycle. Additional experiences are $20 per 100 experiences on the Starter tier. The below table shows the price breakdown for overage experiences: 

Basic Plan Overage Pricing

You will only be charged overages if you have more than 500 experiences during the billing cycle.Additional experiences are $20 per 100 experiences on the Starter tier. The below table shows the price breakdown for overage experiences: 

PRO Plan Overage Pricing

You will only be chargedoverages if you have more than 3,000 experiences during the billing cycle.Additional experiences are $20 per 500 experiences on the Starter tier. The below table shows the price breakdown for overage experiences:
