If you are creating a Manual Engine, the final step to integrating the RetentionEngine is to embed an HTML tag on your website.

The placement of this will vary based on your specific configurations. If you have any trouble, we encourage you to reach out to our team at support@bellwethr.com. We are happy to hop on a call with you to help deploy RetentionEngine.
You can find the HTML snippet in the RetentionEngine dashboard under the "Settings" tab.
After clicking this, enter the variables for the three fields.
Once you've replaced the variables, you will paste the tag (in red) in your code to replace the "Cancel" link.
This will redirect customers to the RetentionEngine offboarding experience each time they click "Cancel" on your website.
